Repairing Services (Workshop)
To resolve the issues of repairing, Zoom Corporation is running a state of art workshop for pumps, motor root blower and compressor repairing under supervision of pump specialist trained from Germany.
We can fix any damage part or equally professional for complete overhauling of your equipment. How we treat your equipment:
- Check the Pump Packing for Poor Seals and Cracks.
- Isolate the Driver and the Pump.
- Remove the old Packing.
- Pack around the shaft to prevent further damages.
- Tighten the Followers on the Packing Gland.
- Clean & Inspect Bearings and Couplings.
- Lubricate the Components.
- Check the Motor Strength & Pump Flow.
- Fabricating new Shaft and Impeller.
- Replacement of Mechanical Seals.
- Replacement of Bearing.
